What are the system requirements?

1. HTML 5-enabled browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer)
Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser.

How long does delivery take?

Production time varies depending on the time the order was placed.
Clients should expect longer lead times during peak season.

Rush orders are accepted on a conditional basis.


Can I save my work and continue at a later time?

Yes. Simply save your project and you can always return
to finish it at your convenience.


Do I have to register?

Yes and no.

Yes. You have to register to place an order or save your work.

No. You can design your product first then decide
to register once you are ready to order.


How do I pay for my order?

We offer two modes of secure payment:



1. Paypal (online credit card payment)
2. Banco de Oro (bank deposit)



Orders that are unpaid or unvalidated 60 days from date of submission will be marked as abandoned.
This is because our system only stores the files for 60 days.

We will refund any payment that has been made.

Clients who wish to revive an abandoned order are requested
to re-upload their project.


Can I still cancel my order once payment is confirmed?

Not anymore. Once payment is verified, your order is automatically processed for production.


Can you design the products for us instead?

Our online product designer is very very very easy to use.

If you don't have time to design individual pages, you can simply
use our ready-made templates, and let the online designer automatically
arrange the pages for you.


What type of paper do you use?

Photobooks are printed on 177gsm premium matte papers.
Calendars are printed on 200gsm premium matte coated stocks.

We have discontinued our water-proof papers due to quality issues.
